In our settings children with Special Education Needs and Disabilities are supported by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
This framwork requires us, as providers, to have a clear approach to identify and support children who may have additional needs with the early identification of any needs being a priority.
Both Settings have a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENco) and they and a childs key person will work closely with parents to ensure that all a childs development needs are met.
